    Veterans should have a career catalog to include, as a minimum:
    1. Copies of DD214 (Member 4)
    2. Copies of SF15 & preference letter (disabled vets only)
    3. Copies of work related documents
      1. H.S. diploma/GED/college degrees
      2. Transcripts
      3. Certifications(s)
      4. Social Security Card
      5. Alien Registration Card
      6. Driver's License & Abstract
    4. Copies of a one-page resume
    5. Copies of federal applications (SF171 & OF612)
    6. Copies of work & personal references list

  4. Training Program - JTPA Title IV-C (depending on availability of grant funds)

    Eligibility
    1. Veterans of Vietnam Era
    2. Service-Connected Disabled Veterans
    3. Recently Separated Vets-Within Past 48 Months
    and
    1. Unemployed
    2. Not currently enrolled under the GI Bill
    3. Not in any other training program

    Required
    1. Copy of DD214
    2. Clear training and job objective - (Training must be directly work related for skills development or upgrade)
    3. Complete training by June 30, 1998 - (Employed within 90 days of completion of training is desired)
    4. Tuition funds limited
    5. Training contract must be authorized and use of only State authorized vendors
