  ONE STOPS or Workforce Development Centers integrate the services of several government-funded programs through staff co-location, staff work arrangement, resource pooling, coordination and integration of services.

For EMPLOYERS - One Stops help with job listing, recruitment, subsidized training, down sizing/transitioning, access to information including labor market, labor laws, tax credits and hiring incentives.

For JOBSEEKERS - One Stops help with job search, personal career planning services, training opportunities, office and library resource services.
