  • When Hawai‘i Tourism Careers participated in Waipahu High School's Gear Up Program to encourage students to consider further education, the main speaker was Faustino "Dag" Dagdag, Adjunct Professor at Kapi‘olani Community College. He shared with the students what characteristics were needed to become a successful entrepreneur. The ten characteristics Dag highlighted are just as important if working in a company.
