The Hawaii Consumer Report Card System (CRCS), also known as Kumu A’o, provides information to help consumers make informed decisions about training providers and training programs. All training providers and programs in Kumu A’o have been approved by the counties and the State and the web site provides the current list of Hawaii’s WIA (Workforce Investment Act) Eligible Training Providers. Users who are interested in training should review the information in Kumu A’o with their employment counselor to determine which programs and training providers may be best.
