This course is designed to provide entry level telecommunications cabling installers with the background, knowledge, and basic skills needed to function effectively on the job. Topics covered include structured premises cabling systems, standards, preparation for installation, pulling cable, cable termination, cable testing, professionalism, and safety. Tuition fees include disposable items used in the course, books, handouts, instructional materials, lab materials, equipment use, and one certification exam.
