Welcome to Kumu A'o, the state of Hawaii's official eligible training provider (ETP) list. Individuals can use this site to find training programs that can be funded, at least in part, by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. The site also provides details, links, and contact info for the WIA ETP program in Hawaii.
