What is this website? What is ETP?

This webpage will be written in the near future to provide the public with a jargon-free description of what the WIA ETP Program is and how individuals can participate in it. We thank you for your patience. In the meantime, here is an example of how we used to explain things:

An individual who is determined as eligible to receive training, together with the approval of his/her case manager at a One-Stop Center, may select an eligible program. The training program must:

1. meet the training needs identified in the individual's employment plan,
2. be a program the individual has the skills and qualifications to successfully complete, and
3. be related to employment opportunities.
